Monday 8.00am - 5.00pm, Tuesday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm.
Total hours per week: 37.50

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:
Reconciling - Gathering data for transaction for our accountant using our sage accounts package
Answering telephone calls - We have a number of calls per day, the nature of the calls will vary from general queries, delivery issues and also orders from customers
Handling new sales enquiries
Making outbound calls to customers
General admin duties
Answering customers emails
Requirements and prospects
Work under pressure
Willing and eager to learn
GCSE, or equivalents, grade A*-C/9-4 in maths and English, preferred but not essential
You will also be working towards a widely-recognised Level 2 programme in Customer Service, with the potential opportunity to progress onto a full time position on completion as a Customer Service Administrator
