We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join and work collaboratively in our friendly team. The successful applicant must have experience in General Practice as well as being able to demonstrate high standards of communication, sound decision making and excellent interpersonal skills. They must be able to:
- Work as part of a team and independently although support will always be available
- Be familiar with Prescription protocols and repeat dispensing
- Be confident in S1 would be an advantage
The post will be permanent, but for the first 12 months, it will be covering maternity leave and will involve working closely with the practice pharmacist as well as reception duties. You will be working in a team of 6 GP Partners, 2 Registrars, 2 Nurse Practitioners and a team of nurses and HCA’s as well as a friendly and experienced reception and data /admin team.
