As a Leisure Assistant within You Fit your role will see you loving change, coming up with new and exciting ways to promote the benefits of healthy living, whilst really supporting, motivating and encouraging your member's ability to achieve their fitness goals.
What will I be responsible for as a Leisure Assistant?
- Ensuring members feel welcome, supported and at home within our clubs
- Remaining up to date with industry and competitor trends – it’s the only way to
- Encouraging, motivating and helping members use our club
- Driving sales, revenue and financial targets
- Completing cash handling duties, such as cashing up
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
