Technical Services (Biosciences)

This new permanent, part time (0.5FTE) post is available immediately in Technical Services, working within the College of Life and Environmental Sciences.

Summary of the role/position

You will support Bioscience and Geography research laboratories based in the Hatherly building but could be called upon to work in any of our CLES research laboratories.

We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication and time management skills, who has experience in providing professional technical support to staff and postgraduate students in a research laboratory environment. You must be able to work independently, using your initiative to tackle any problems, whilst having the confidence to work collaboratively with technical staff in the Hatherly building plus other teams both within Biosciences and across the University.
