Sconce is a 24 bedded sub-acute rehabilitation ward. We are a ward that thrives on teaching and learning, we have experienced nurses willing and eager to share their knowledge. We have a very close team which welcomes new starters with enthusiasm and passion. Our ward promotes an accepting and inclusive environment which enables us to have an holistic approach in delivering outstanding care.
The candidate will be able to experience a diverse range of sub-acute patients and be part of their pathway from admission through to discharge.
In May 2020, King's Mill Hospital, was rated Outstanding by the CQC and is the only Outstanding hospital in the East Midlands. Newark Hospital and Mansfield Community Hospital are both rated Good and all 15 of our services are rated Good for Safety with 5 Outstanding services
