Sconce ward is a 24 bedded mixed sex ward and is part of the Medical Division caring for rehabilitation and general medical patients.
Sconce Ward is busy ward environment working within a multi-disciplinary team, we strive in excellent patient care from arrival to planning a safe discharge.
You will be responsible to the Ward Leader/Deputy Ward Leader for the day to day care delivery on the ward, including the provision of high quality evidence based care.
Candidates will be flexible within their working hours and would attend mandatory and education updates and take responsibility for their own self-directed learning.
Experienced and newly qualified nurses applications are welcomed.
Part time and full time considered.
