What you'll do
Take a deep breath – because you'll be stepping straight into a busy, hands-on role! A crucial figure in the team, you'll oversee operations and create a superb experience for guests. It means planning ahead, supporting your team and meeting financial and operational targets. But there'll also be ample opportunity to learn and develop by working closely with the General Manager and our senior specialist teams. Did you know that 80% of our General Managers were promoted from within? And with big expansion plans we have lots of opportunities for great managers.
What you need
Already in Hospitality? Fantastic, but if not, you're still welcome. What we're looking for is key skills which you've picked up while leading a team. We're talking about getting the best out of people through coaching and giving our teams that get-up-and-go! You'll also need to be used to hitting KPIs and delivering results. In our business, hard work earns you genuine opportunities for development and progression in fact, our High Potential programme is designed just for leaders like you. In order to thrive here, you need to enjoy working at pace: dealing with customers one minute and planning staff rosters the next!

We’ve come a long way since we opened our first hotel in 1993. Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland operate 52 hotels, 36 under the Jurys Inn brand and 16 under the Leonardo brand, – 47 in the UK and 5 in Ireland.
