HEE London Local Office is structured around three remits: Education and Quality, Workforce and Planning and Engagement.

HEE is inviting applications for two Band 6 Transformation Fellow posts in NHSE/I Clinical Networks and Senate in London. Working with London NHS organisations, you will initiate and lead a range of change management projects relating to the education of healthcare professions education.

This is a desirable opportunity to contribute to exciting developments in healthcare professionals’ education in London. You will be exposed to education, training and the quality and safety of patient care. You will understand that organisational change is essential for significant improvements in both training and service. This post will help you to develop your interest in health policy, and shape health services so that you are better able to meet the population health needs of Londoners.

You will undertake a strategic development project and make a significant contribution to the success of the Clinical Networks in London. As an integral part of the post, you will be offered leadership opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to maintain a clinical commitment of no more than two sessions per week.

You will work with NHS England and Improvement Clinical Network and Senate in London.

The post will provide genuine opportunities for professional development for individuals with diverse clinical backgrounds in particular from BAME colleagues.

Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 6 with a full-time starting salary of £37,638, with pay step increases after 2 years’ service and 5 years’ service.

These salaries are offered in accordance with NHS Terms and Conditions and the HEE Pay Progression Policy and are subject to annual cost of living review.
