We are looking for two friendly, outgoing people to work at Chesterfield's busy, award winning Visitor Information Centre.

You will welcome visitors to Chesterfield, provide them with information and services to enhance the quality of their visit, and be an ambassador for the town, using computer systems to access information and process bookings.

The Information Centre is the primary Theatres Box Office. You will also sell tickets and services for the Pomegranate and the Winding Wheel Theatres.

Saturday and occasional Bank Holiday working will be required, as well as the flexibility to change your shift patterns at short notice.

You will be a strong team player and enjoy working with others to achieve shared goals, while your excellent attention to detail enables you to complete tasks accurately and to a high standard

What are we looking for?

• GCSE grade 4 (GCSE C) or equivalent in Maths and English.

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with excellent keyboard skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• A commitment to be passionate and enthusiastic in all that you do!
