Full time hours on a temporary basis.
This role is currently a remote working role, however, this is subject to change.
Heading up a team focused on Support and Protect, you will lead operational contract management for providers of support to people with long-term or chronic conditions, or those who are highly vulnerable. This includes private care homes, hospices and residential homes. By scrutinising contracts and analysing data, you’ll assess whether providers are compliant with regulations and service agreements, then drive improvements in performance. Together you will ensure the delivery of high-quality services that offer value for money and support people to live their best lives.
This is a brand-new role in a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be quick to learn and ready to turn your hand to a range of tasks. You’ll have substantial experience of managing complex, high-risk, high-value contracts in health and social care, including addressing underperformance and operational issues. A track-record of leading teams, managing resources and overseeing projects to achieve efficiencies is essential. You’ll also know how to build strong relationships and networks. Your commercial mindset will be matched by excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to negotiate effectively.
