Customer Service Advisor

Office Based, Newcastle Upon Tyne

Up to £21,500k

Permanent, Full Time

We are looking for customer service advisors to join our team. In this role you will provide excellent customer service to our eco-conscious members and will work as a team to ensure that the daily operations run smoothly.

You will be responsible for monitoring emails, answering all queries via phone and live chat, and ensuring you meet your daily targets. Without question, you must be a great team player who embraces and enjoys a fast-paced working environment.

The role will include

Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
Working alongside other departments to resolve issues.
Progress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with internal procedures.
Administration and data processing will also feature in this role.
