Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for our educational client based in Edinburgh City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our award winning client as they continue through a period of growth and expansion

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating between various teams and ensuring delivery of projects on time
  • Keep fully in touch with all the latest changes in education and international ed-tech policies
  • Liaise with both stakeholders and third parties regularly to ensure smooth process and maximum efficiency
  • Ensure documentation is up to date while providing timely updates on projects
  • Conduct research and/or testing to gain better understanding for future projects
  • Responsible for implementing and developing curricula changes and product development
  • Ensure coordination on thing such as invoicing, contracts and other admin for the curricula team
  • Monitor budgets and expenditure closely, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Relevant skills/Experience

  • Must have proven experience of managing end to end process on multiple projects simultaneously in previous role
  • The role is heavily focused on the coordination of people, so must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with international teachers, school leaders and other stakeholders
  • Organised and structured approach to both planning and implementing a range of projects
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring documenting is thorough as well as ensuring all fine details are logged
  • Flexible where required to adapt to changing priorities to ensure achievement of team target and strategy
  • Confident in the use of MS Word and Excel as well as Google sheets and other IT systems
  • Must be able to multitask effectively, prioritising workload where required
  • Some flexibility to meet remotely to discuss projects with stakeholders in other time zones across the globe
