Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Performance Department at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This will be a full time, permanent role supporting the Head of Performance and Planning to ensure the smooth delivery of a range of performance workstreams and support the Performance Management and Accountability Framework.



We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Performance team. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills with the ability to work in collaboration with a range of stakeholders

The post holder will be required to agree key metrics and develop articulate, robust plans to monitor and measure the effectiveness of Trust performance. They will be required to support the development of dashboards and data analytics for a broad range of contractual and non-contractual metrics.



The post-holder will support the organisation in facilitating discussions to identify options, complete analysis and develop methods to realise improvement opportunities. They will work with Informatics and System users to design and improve existing systems to support data collation, monitoring, analysis and reporting functionality
