Our client is a luxurious international property developer who’s focus is on the development and management of high end holiday homes in unique locations, including the Lake District, in Cumbria.
They are looking to welcome a part time Manager to the team to look after their Windermere property.
This role will suit a hospitality or leisure professional who has experience in providing high level customer service.
The role is varied and, for the most part, you can work from home.
Your new job:
Customer Service – Take charge and oversee the smooth running of the booking process for the guests
Feedback – Collect and report back to Pin & Pin, highlighting any potential issues
Handle Maintenance Issues – report of any issues in the house and organising 3rd parties to resolve
Gardening – Organise regular gardening throughout spring and summer
Coordination of cleaning teams and linen ordering in between guests, and making checks to ensure high standards
Reservations System – Ensure reservations on the channel manger is up to date. Checking payments are up to date and following up anything outstanding. Communicating with any 3rd party booking agents
Concierge – Upsell and arrange any in house services that guest may require
Complaint Handling – Oversee complaint communications
House Checks – checking on the house with or without guests. Full walk through of house and spot checks before guests arrive
Welcome packs – Organising welcome packs for new guests. Ensuring all sanitary products throughout the house is in place and checked
Experience in hotels, hospitality, or leisure
Experienced in a high level of customer service
Excellent communication skills
Happy to work part time
Able to work from home (good internet connection)
Salary and benefits:
Salary: From £15.00 per hour
