The Digital Marketing apprentice will have the chance to work across all disciplines and learn about all areas of the marketing mix. The core role of a Digital Marketer is to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
We require a confident and target driven person to work alongside our team and be able to work under pressure. The duration of the apprenticeship is between 15 to 18 months, and the apprentice will be studying towards a level 3 Digital Marketer diploma with KBM.
This apprenticeship is recognized for entry on to the Register of IT Technicians and those completing their apprenticeships are eligible to apply for registration. Completion of the apprenticeship would also allow access to join as an Affiliate (Professional) member of the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) and/or Associate membership of BCS.
Apprentices can expect the following trainings, to be applied to the day to day operations of the business: • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) • Engaging with audience using email and social media • Creating social media content and sharing it on our social media platforms • Basic SEO knowledge • Backlink analysis • How to write effective content that sells • Content writing in digital marketing • How to plan, manage, implement, analyse results and report on a digital marketing project • Basic HTML and website code • Organic website visibility and digital marketing • Email marketing and Email campaigns • Writing Blogs • Designing and making posters
