Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Associates

The role is advertised to build up our pool of EDI associates for particular project work we receive requests for roles from various different clients. As an associate you can be onboarded either as a fixed term contract, bank work or through your own company/limited company if that is how you work. There is no guarantee you will be placed in assignment upon applying.

Day-To-Day practitioner support to customers regarding meeting their legal and NHSE mandated duties

Carryout or support Equality. Health Inequality Impact Assessments

Developing and delivering approaches on behalf of our customers to meet NHSE mandated duties

Lead or support Equality, Diversity, Inclusion or Human Rights related projects(work may include research, intelligence gathering, information analysis, community engagement, providing presentations, report writing and work of a similar nature).

How our Associate model works

Once you become an Associate at MLCSU we will look to match your skills, experience and expertise to any opportunities which arise.

There are several ways in which we can engage you including short term and temporary contracts, ad-hoc ‘advisory’ roles to longer term opportunities. As an Associate, you may be approached to work in a number of ways; on a direct contract of employment for a fixed term basis, on a zero hours contract or as an independent contractor (inside or outside of IR35).
