We are looking for a Head of Creative Services to oversee the planning, design and production of all creative work across Capita. Reporting to the Brand & Channels Director, you will ensure premium quality output, delivered by a blend of internal, external, agency and freelance talent.
Capita continues on the transformation journey started three years ago, building on the strong foundation to become a much simpler, better business for our people, our customers and the citizens our services support. The next stage of this journey is to simplify the divisional operating model into 3 core divisions; Capita Public Service, Capita Experience and Capita Portfolio, from July.
We're making these changes to better serve the needs of our clients and end-customers in growth markets where we know we can win. The reorganisation will help us improve revenue growth and cash generation. It will also help us build a stronger, more sustainable Capita with a bright future where people can develop and grow.
What you will do:
• Collaborate in the writing of briefs and be the first point of contact for the
business' creative requests
• Oversee all areas of creative production and be on hand to QA and feedback
on selected projects
• Advise on campaign deliverables with knowledge of production and industry
experience of efficacy
• Provide one view of the marketing functions out put that standardises and
rationalises the use of the brand, the route to production and the standard of
the deliverables across the business
Your experience will include:
• Extensive experience in leading a creative team, coupled with your own demonstrable experience within Creative industries
• Have a deep understanding of creative process and what it takes to produce great work
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills and the ability to get the best out of a wide range of creative talent
• Strong communication skills, articulate with feedback and can adapt style to ensure productive conversations
• Can balance creativity with pragmatism to deliver business and awards winning work that delights our customers
