This role sits in our commercial team which is responsible for ensuring that orders are processed and delivered in accordance with the customers' requirements.
The role holder will exhibit a strong passion for customer service and be keen to develop their skills to progress within the team.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Ensure that quote requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide a customer interface for the business by telephone, fax, E mail, post and face to face ensuring the communication flow is smooth and efficient.
- Ensure that customer enquiries and queries are progressed and answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish good relationships with customers, both internal and external to assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives Ensure that sales orders a processed in an accurate and timely manner
Alongside your day to day training at Wolseley you will be working towards your Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2 over the course of 15 months. This will involve a blended social learning experience, delivered on a 121 basis in your work place by one of our expert trainers every 4-6 weeks via face to face visits or remotely over telephone or Skype.
