Summary

The Association is looking to recruit an experienced administrative assistant to provide support within our Housing Management Department.

  • To support the administration of housing applications through the Highland Housing Register.
  • To provide basic housing advice and information in relation to housing applications as part of the Highland Housing register.
  • To prepare and/or issue general model letters for tenant related matters.
  • To assist in the administration of electronic forms and document management.
  • To support Housing Management staff with general administrative tasks.
  • To assist with the preparation and distribution of agendas, reports and minutes for the tenant participation group meetings.
  • To manage incoming and outgoing external mail for the housing management department.
  • To assist in the completion and record customer satisfaction surveys for the Association’s work and activities.
  • To provide occasional support to the corporate function within LHA to provide an effective reception service cover as and when required.
  • Record complaints on the SDM Complaints Module to enable responsive and positive outcomes for our customers.
