Summary


We are delighted to offer an apprenticeship in ourPayroll Departmentfor an Apprentice Payroll Administrator. You will be joining an extremely busy department, providing administration support to the payroll team in the day to day processing, inputting and calculation associated with providing an excellent payroll and pension service. Duties will include answering employee telephone queries, assisting with the production and issuing of pay slips to all staff on a weekly/monthly basis, data input, filing, photocopying, dealing with the incoming and outgoing post, and other general administrative tasks.

Nb: Due to UK apprenticeship funding regulations applicants must have a right to work in the UK, have been an EU resident for the last three years or have indefinite leave to remain with documents that are not due to expire during the duration of the apprenticeship contract. Applicants must also not already have a qualification at a higher level within the same subject matter.



Working as part of a busy fast-paced team, candidates are required to be accurate and have excellent attention to detail along with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. You will be enthusiastic, have a positive work ethic, be keen to learn and able to work in a team. You will receive support to gain a wide range of experience and skills, supervision and mentoring.
