WE at Jubilee are recruiting for a Head chef to work on a 3-month contract starting in May 2021. The role will require the right Head chef to be able to cook in a staff canteen style environment for up to 30 covers, breakfast, lunch, and Dinner.
The Food the Head chef will be cooking needs to be simple and filling. You will be able to decide your working hours if all the staff are fed on time. The head chef will be required to live on site to be able to gain a rapport with the dinners.
The rate of pay is form £100 per day and you will be paid on a weekly basis.
You will need:-
• Level 2 food hygiene certificate at a minimum
• Food allergens training
• Background in either contract catering of hotels
• Been at least a sous chef for over 2 years.
