We are looking for an MIS Officer to work within our busy and dedicated Exams function. This new role will involve providing outstanding, flexible and proactive administrative expertise to enable a timely and efficient service delivery.

As an MIS Officer, your key element of the role will be to support customers and students in accessing information and advice regarding the Exams function within the Management Information Services (MIS) Department.  You will be an expert point of contact for queries and processing, and will work as part of the MIS team to deliver high quality, timely services.

You will have the opportunity to gain a good working knowledge of the organisation and work closely with curriculum colleagues to ensure the function is carried out to the highest standards, whilst actively supporting customers to get the best outcomes from the Exams function.

A Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service / Administration (or equivalent qualification or willingness to study towards)
is essential for this role, ideally alongside having experience of working within a busy customer focused environment.

Experience in an exam role would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
