A new and exciting opportunity has been developed for a skilled individual to coordinate our Mental Health Act Assessment service.
This role will provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative function to the Approved Mental Health Practitioners by effective coordination and management of Mental Health Act referrals. You will be an excellent and effective communicator and be able to work confidently with individuals with mental health needs, their families and carers.
In successfully coordinating the Mental Health Act Assessment Service you will work collaboratively with partners across NHS, Adult Social Care, Police, Senior Managers and Approved Mental Health Practitioners (AMPS).
As a highly motivated individual, you will have the skills to shape the service and develop systems and processes to support Statutory requirements which include accurately capturing and analysing data in order to compile performance reports.
You will be working alongside Thurrock First, a team who supports individuals with their adult social care, community health and mental health needs with partners in Thurrock Council, NELFT and EPUT.
