We are seeking to appoint a part time Pathway Administrator to join our team to support our Paediatric Neurology service at the Children’s Hospital, John Radcliffe in Oxford.

We are seeking to appoint a proactive, motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging and busy environment within our friendly team in Children's Administration in Oxford. The post involves dealing with telephone queries, dealing with face to face queries, ensuring the smooth running of the department, monitoring the patient pathway, transcription and providing full administrative support to Consultants and their teams amongst other tasks. This includes organising, attending and taking minutes for regular MDT meetings.

Knowledge of the Trust's Electronic Patient Record System (EPR) would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given. Good administration skills are required. This post requires the demonstration of strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team member.
