We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health practitioner to provide specialist support to universal and targeted services in their work with children’s emotional and well being through education, advice, supervision and consultation. You will also provide case management and robust risk assessments, prevention and early intervention through consultation and education to schools and other partner agencies. The post involves working within our Initial assessment team, therefore experience of assessment work is crucial.
Promoting Mental Health and wellbeing among partner agencies will be a key part of your role as will participating in Single Point of Access and urgent duty Rota.
