As our Delivery Coordinator, you will lead the design and development of NCS activities across all phases of the programme to maximise participation through strong promotional activities, recruitment events, residential stays for several weeks each summer and pre-programme communications. You will also account manage signed up NCS families by promoting benefits, maximising turn up and ensure all staff and partners deliver a safe, engaging and rewarding programme.

Along the way, you’ll be helping youths develop skills that’ll help them smash their future goals. If you are someone who enjoys working with people, creating enthusiasm, building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders but also a confident self-starter who can easily adapt to a varied audience, we’d love to hear from you!

You will be working with both the wider team and school contacts to ensure everything runs smoothly whilst making the NCS programme an enjoyable and meaningful activity, you will be the go-to person for best practice guidelines, quality processes and procedures but will also get involved in developing recruitment ideas to support the NCS programme and sign ups as well as line management of seasonal staff and creating reports using the internal CRM system, Salesforce.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable team player with excellent communication skills who has some experience designing and delivering presentations and engaging young people, someone who can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities at the same time. Experience working within the youth sector through either NCS programmes or similar is a must.
