Summary

Are you looking for a new challenge or change in direction?

The Site Management Team at MRI are in the process of implementing new ways of working which has created opportunities to join the Team.

We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in an unpredictable, fast-pace and challenging 24/7 environment which focusses on timely access to acute and discharge pathways.

The right candidate will be passionate and committed to delivering safe and optimum patient outcomes and experience. You will be a dynamic individual with excellent organisation, time management and problem- solving skills who will work autonomously with minimal supervision, whilst also being a collaborative team member.

Patient Flow Facilitators support senior members of the Site Team to co-ordinate site capacity to balance emergency and elective flows effectively to meet activity and demand across MRI, throughout the in-patient journey. Excellent inter-personal skills are essential for this role as organisation, communicating and networking at ward level and with the wider MDT will be a key part of this role.

A ‘can do’, professional attitude is required, with the ability to inspire confidence across Clinical Service Units. Your attention to detail is essential, with a work ethos of reliability, flexibility with a responsive and proactive approach to workload.

This is an exciting time to join the Team at an early stage of being involved with embedding new working practices to ensure we are prepared for the changing acute health care environment.

If you have the knowledge, skills and experience outlined in the person specification for this role, you could be the person we are looking for to join the team.
