Summary


An opportunity has arisen for a part time permanent Therapy Administrative Co-ordinator based in Suite 5 at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.

The working hours of the post will be 25.5 per week and will be worked as follows:-

Monday = 9am till 5pm

Tuesday = 9am till 4.30pm

Wednesday = 1:30pm till 4:30pm

Thursday = Non-Working Day

Friday = 9am till 4.30pm

To provide day to day line management of a team of admin and clerical staff and co-ordinate the provision of clerical support to clinical staff in Nutrition and Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Speech and Language Therapy Services.

To provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Heads of Service.

To act as a key contact for both staff and patients on behalf of Suite 5 Services.

To provide cover for the IT System Manager and Care Unit Co-ordinator in their absence.

To ensure that patient confidentiality is adhered to at all times.
