Customer Service Administrator
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Administrator based in Manton Wood in Worksop. You will be working for a high profile Warehouse and Distribution company and you will be working as part of the Transport team making sure performances are hit and safety processes are followed.
As a Customer Service Administrator you will need to have:
- Good analytically skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent literacy & numeracy skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Attention on details
- Salary: £9.76 per hour
- Working Hours: Shifts between 8am-6pm
- Location: Worksop
- Immediate Starts.
- On going role with possible permanent with client
Role of a Customer Service Administrator
- Answering phones
- Uploading data into the system
- Working as part of a team liaising with clients and drivers
- Updating spreadsheets with various information
- General admin duties: scanning, photocopying, data input etc.
