You should have experience and knowledge of working within the field of disability and hold a suitable qualification e.g. social work, RNLD.

The post-holder will assist the Director of Care on a variety of care matters and take a lead in providing specialist expertise in this area.

You will be required to have a flexible approach to the hours of work to fulfil the needs of the role.
