This highly regarded firm are looking for a dedicated and passionate Litigation Lawyer, to join their Property Litigation Team and the firm continues their push for further growth.

The firm have a number of offices across the region and the successful candidate can choose their closet base as well as maintain regular remote working into the future.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload of varied matters to include lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations, service charge disputes, easements, rights of way, and boundary disputes, rights of light and party wall issues. Applications of all levels will be considered for this role as expansion plans continue, although ideal candidates will be junior to mid-level looking to work towards Associate. More senior applicants will be considered with proven experience of mentoring and managing trainees and those with less experience must be able to manage a full caseload with little/minimal supervision and assistance.
