This is a 12-month fixed term position. The post holder’s primary role is to conduct research and service evaluation projects across the Trust and also to provide support and guidance to staff who want to conduct research/service evaluation projects.
The post holder will provide advice and guidance to staff who wish to conduct research or service evaluation projects within the Trust, they will also conduct research and service evaluation projects as commissioned by the Trust divisions.
The post holder should be able to work under their own initiative and have a flexible approach and proactive attitude to work. The post holder must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff and have the ability to work to deadlines. The post holder will be expected to represent the Research and Evidence department and deputise at relevant meetings, therefore they must do this in a professional and informed way.
