ReSPECT Project Manager – Band 7

12 months temporary contract / secondment opportunity

Based at the Coach House, Perdiswell, Worcestershire.

An exciting opportunity has become available to become part of a dynamic team committed to embedding the ReSPECT process in Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Building on work already undertaken in both counties we are now focusing on embedding processes across all providers to ensure comprehensive access to high quality advance care planning conversations and robust information sharing between providers, which enables individual’s needs to be met.

You will provide project management support as part of the End of Life Programme, working effectively, in a fast paced environment, to ensure the ReSPECT process is sustainable and that there is professional communication with stakeholders. The post holder will be expected to deliver on project priorities autonomously within the delegated parameters of cost, time and quality, working collaboratively with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users and carers. The post holder will be developing and delivering organisational and cultural change across health, social care and well-being.by supporting the ReSPECT Project Lead in delivering several workstreams to achieve the high-level project plan within an agreed timeframe whereby ReSPECT must be embedded.
