A great opportunity of a permanent position has become available in the Corporate Patient Safety Team. We are looking for a highly motivated and tenacious individualwith proven experience as a registered practitioner at Band 6 or above in an acute hospital settingwho demonstrates an ability to multi task , has excellent time management skills and a high level of communication skills.

The successful applicant will need to foster relationships and engage with all members of the multi-disciplinary teams as well as meeting with patients and families. The majority of this role involves the investigation and management of complaints and incidents and the generation of well written, comprehensive reports that will be provided to patients, families and external organisations.

Based at the Glenfield Hospital site this post will require cross site travel and working as required.

Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5pm
