Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a restaurant in Honiton. The successful Chef de Partie will join a high flying and focused team of chefs, and will be looking to develop and perfect your culinary skills.
Proven experience at Rosette level preferable.

The Chef de Partie responsibilities will include:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty
Managing and training any Demis or Commis working with you
Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
The restaurant serves high quality Modern British food using very local produce. They are now seeking talented and enthusiastic personable professional for a may start. You must have a proven background in a professional kitchen and will be looking to step into the management of your very own section.
