Do you want to develop your skills, with the backing of a well-developed nursing team, and have the opportunity to participate in appropriate training for this role? If the answer is yes, we have exciting apprentice roles available across our wards.

Our teams, based at various locations across Kent and Medway, are delivering outstanding care with kindness and compassion.

They are effective, multi-disciplinary teams offering assessment and treatment for patients of all ages (although predominantly 65 and over).

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Healthcare Worker, who has an interest in providing care to this patient group.

The Apprentice Healthcare Worker is a key member of the team and will have continuing responsibility to:
• Deliver an effective and competent level of care under the guidance and supervision of the associate workers, senior associate workers, qualified nurses and occupational therapists, determined by the patient’s plan of care.
• Be fully aware of the needs of patients over a 24 hour span of care.

Knowledge and Experience

Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Be willing to develop knowledge and skills.

Applicants must be 18 years old or above
