The purpose of a Revenue Processing and Verification officer is to ensure that all information relating to referrals and claims for payment are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This role forms a vital part of information transfer between the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Job Centre Plus (JCP) and Ingeus. It is an essential role to ensure the smooth running of multiple contracts, with several key milestones of a participant’s time on programme running through the team. Efficient handling of these milestones has a direct impact on company performance and revenue

A typical week will involve delivering engaging virtual services, utilising our specialist systems and applications and….

Accurately accepting referrals and importing into the Ingeus CRM system.
Updating and reconciling the Ingeus CRM system with information obtained from external sources.
Liaise with internal operations and external stakeholders
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on the finer details of the contract guidance, able to confidently field questions from internal or external stakeholders.
Contact employers and participants to verify employment details held on the Ingeus database.
Complete compliance checks against various forms of documentation linked to different contracts.
Reconciliation of databases/spreadsheets and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Validation of claims both desk based and via phone.
Investigating trends which may suggest an issue with a process, recommending and applying fixes to improve performance.

The Programme

This role is part of our new Job Entry Targeted Support (JETS) contract. This contract is designed to help our residents who have been unemployed and in receipt of benefits for at least 13 weeks, to find sustained work.

We work with a range of people throughout including our dedicated Employer Account Teams, Employability Coaches, Group Facilitators and local community organisations to create a support package to help our participants find the right job.
