We are looking on behalf of our client for a Sous Chef to join a quality pub restaurant offering seasonal fresh food. The sous chef will assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. The menu at the pub/restaurant currently features a combination of both modern and traditional dishes all prepared from fresh ingredients to a high standard.
This role will be ideal for a Sous Chef that can bring ideas to the menus. As the Sous Chef you will be required to be able to run busy service times during the Head Chefs days off and assist with the management of the day to day running of the kitchen.
