Position: Support Worker

Hours/shifts: Full Time 36 Hours or Part Time 24 Hours

nights 20:00pm-8:00am

Days 08:00am-20:00pm

Main Responsibilities

Duties include;

  • Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing.
  • Support at meal times
  • Promoting independence where possible
  • Emotional support and wellbeing
  • Undertake planned activities with residents
  • Update daily logs, including food and fluid intake charts
