Summary


We are currently looking to appoint 1 full time and 1 part time Administration Assistant/ Receptionist to work within the Child Health department within the Integrated Care Division.

To act as an Admin Assistant/Receptionist within our Child Health department. Providing a comprehensive and courteous clerical service to the Child Health team. To ensure a professional co-ordination and telephone/reception service and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

The post holder will work as part of a team, providing support of the highest quality and providing cover when required for the Clinical Administrative Officers where there is a need for accuracy and leadership in their professional area.

1 Full time post-37.5hrs

1 Part time post-22.5hrs, working Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays .

Duties will include maintaining patient notes and Medway system, filing, and producing documents to a high standard, ensuring that accuracy and confidentiality is maintained.

To be successful in this role you will possess excellent interpersonal and IT skills, to include GCSE Maths and English grade A–C (or equivalent) and be familiar with general office equipment and filing systems. You must have effective communication skills and be adaptable to meet the service needs.
