The Rossendale Trust is currently recruiting Care Support Workers in Buxton and needs you now!

Our Support Workers are following the Government’s guidance during this time to ensure that we are minimising the risk of spreading Coronavirus whilst still providing the highest standards of care and support to our tenants so they can stay safe and well at home. The tenants at the Trust remain symptom free which is a good testament to our staff supporting them.

The role of a Care Support Worker is to encourage and support the tenants to live as independently as possible, enabling them to take ownership of their own lives and futures.

About you:
Experience is welcome, but not essential as training will be provided
A commitment to provide the highest standards of care and support is essential
Treating tenants with dignity and respect

Hours
Part time. Worked over a 2-week rota covering Sunday to Saturday (all staff are required to work alternate weekends)

Rates of Pay
£9.13 – £10.70 per hour for day shifts
