Summary
The role will involve the driving and cleaning of funeral vehicles to a very high standard. The bearing of coffins at funeral services, the bringing into our care of the deceased both during office hours and (on a rota basis) out of hours including weekends and bank holidays.
This is a zero hours contract so there are no set hours – the hours will be on an ‘as and when required’ basis and will include some anti-social hours, therefore the applicant must be flexible. The ideal candidate must be smart, able to work as part of a team, be trustworthy and discreet.
A full clean driving licence is required and must have been held for a minimum of two years. Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given. A uniform will be provided to the successful applicant after a trial period.
Salary - National Living Wage dependant on age.
