Developer Opportunity – Part Solihull / Part Remote working
Stonegate Group are delighted to be looking for two .Net Developers to join our IT and EPoS teams. We’re looking for people with at least two years experience as a.Net Developer as well as exposure to a range of other technologies, as you’ll be working with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software
We are looking for all-round developers with .Net experience to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support.
As one of our Developers, you\'ll be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You\'ll be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are also passionate about the .NET framework and software design/architecture, we’d like to hear from you.
Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.
For example, you’ll;
Participate in requirements analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
Write well designed, testable and efficient code using .NET programming languages
Test and deploy applications and systems
Revise, update, refactor and debug code
Improve existing software
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
Provide technical support for existing web, desktop or mobile applications
SQL DBA maintenance
Experience wise, you’ll need:
Proven experience as a .NET Developer (minimum 2 years)
Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3 and Java script
Familiarity with low code design tools i.e. Outsystems, Talend etc
Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
An understanding of Agile & Waterfall Project methodologies
Ideally, you’ll also have:
Knowledge of MS CRM or Outsystem’s platform
Knowledge of the Atlassian Tool set – Jira & Confluence
Retail or Hospitality experience
