We are looking for a Senior Reward Manager to join our Reward team here at Bourne Leisure
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will lead the Reward team to deliver a best in class Reward strategy and activities to our three brands; Haven, Butlins and Warner Hotels.
This role will design and implement specialist reward programmes and activities to support the delivery of the 'GET', 'GROW', 'KEEP' strategy for all brands. Lead the Reward team to ensure the delivery of effective, high quality reward activities through-out the reward cycle, providing ad-hoc reward expertise and services to the brands as required.
*Lead Reward team to design, implement and manage reward structures and frameworks including bonus and incentive plans to deliver performance and efficiencies and ensure that team are encouraged to thrive and delight guests, striving always to be better
*Working with the Brand leaders and people teams, design and deliver multi-site entry-level pay reviews for our on-site teams across all our brands
*Design and implement annual salary and bonus scheme reviews
*Design and project manage the implementation of a reward framework, using work levelling methodologies
*Use best practice and external sources to ensure robust benchmarking
*Maintain reward frameworks across Bourne Leisure which are aligned to career paths and encourage development so that our team can thrive
*Partner with the business to provide reward solutions for new initiatives including organisational design
*Ensure that all Reward and Recognition Policies have clear guest, team and shareholder outcomes
*Lead our gender pay reporting and governance.
*Support with REMCO planning and papers.
*Ideally CIPD or other Reward qualification, or equivalent experience
*Deep Reward experience across more than one business, ideally in retail or hospitality
*Experience of leading a small Reward team
*Experience of job evaluation and work levelling, and the creation of reward frameworks
*Extensive experience of multi-site pay review and bonus cycles

This role is based in our Support Centre, in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, with some travel to each of our brands across the UK.
Our Hemel team are currently working from home during the Covid 19 pandemic, and we will return to the Support Centre once it re-opens.
