Summary
Job Title : CAD / BIM Coordinator ( Water / Construction)
Location : Remote Working
Salary : £30,000 - £40,000
CAD /BIM Coordinator
My client is a main contractor that works in the water / utilities sectors and they are looking for a CAD /BIM Technician on a perm basis to work remotely.
Main duties for the CAD / BIM Technician are as follows:
Prepare detailed working drawings, as required by the Project Manager, in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
Utilise computer aided design systems, ideally AutoCAD 2012-2014 & Revit.
Have a good understanding of all relevant Standards and Codes of Practice.
Have an understanding of Health and Safety requirements in own discipline design.
Have an understanding of Water and Sewerage systems, ideally Sewage Treatment Works and Manholes and pipelines.
Other duties as agreed with Team Leader/CAD Manager
Essential experience needed for the role - Must Ideally have a min HNC in a Civils discipline as well as REVIT experience , and preferably minimum C&G L2/3 in AutoCAD.
Have experience in drawings for Civil, M&E, Environmental and Geotechnical fields of engineering .
