Summary
Air Conditioning Engineer - London - £30,000 to £40,000 per annum plus package
The role:
Carrying out scheduled and reactive maintenance on Building Services equipment and Plant
Surveying sites
Reviewing designs of pipework, ductwork and control systems
Installing services to client / design specification
Quality assurance and checks
Working with a mix of AHUs, VRFs, VRFs & FCUs
The client:
A medium sized FM Contractor with a specialism in air-conditioning and refrigeration
Commercial spec contracts
Servicing London and the surrounding areas
The package:
£30,000 to £40,000 per annum
Overtime + weekend work

Regular pay reviews
