Registered Healthcare Professional - Clinical Supervisor – Immunisations – Bank

The NHS is gearing up for mass delivery of the Covid-19 vaccine, as soon as it becomes available. While it isn’t yet certain when a Covid-19 vaccine will be available, the NHS in London is working hard to ensure we are ready to offer it when it is.
You already know this will be the biggest immunisation programme of our time.
We now need both experienced vaccinators and support staff to step forward in the continued fight against coronavirus and help to deliver an effective Covid-19 vaccination programme. We are looking to recruit from our local communities to enable us to provide a safe and effective vaccination programme while continuing to offer timely access and minimal impact on other NHS services.
You will be working either at an existing NHS estate or temporary standalone service within a local community.
Extensive preparations will ensure people across London can access a vaccine, regardless of where they live, once it has undergone strict clinical trials and is approved for use by the independent regulator.
You will be fully briefed and given training will be provided on Covid-19 vaccines.
In the meantime, you can prepare by ensuring you are up to date with any annual immunisation training as part of your registered professional training.
This advert is for Bank work and you will work as and when required, with flexibility to choose your shifts within the constraints of the service.
