Summary

This role at Deloitte within the Consulting is an opportunity to join our Human Capital practice renowned for providing distinctive depth and breadth of HR and organisation transformation services to clients undertaking complex major programmes. Human Capital includes four Service Areas focused on HR Transformation and Applications, a Workforce Transformation team, an Actuarial and Pensions practice and a Service Area focused specifically on helping our clients identify, manage and solve the people issues that accompany major transformation and/or cause businesses to perform below their potential.

Responsibilities:
•Helping clients solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations and utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology
•Developing work plans for components of client engagements and leading the delivery of defined project objectives
•Managing multiple workstreams in client projects, coaching junior team members and producing high quality deliverables
•Working with a range of stakeholders, and being seen as a subject matter expert within client organisations and by colleagues
•Supporting business development by contributing to new business proposals and presentations and taking role in industry and accounts
•Contributing to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing
•Deliver and lead components of end-to-end change programme activity in a variety of programme contexts

Requirements:
•Overall your experience should include contribution to large scale organisation transformation programmes, ideally using traditional and/or agile methodologies with a “digital product and technology enabled” focus
•Experience of planning and delivering end-to-end business change for a variety of business change programmes including M&A, technology-enabled business and functional transformation, regulatory change and cost reduction programmes
•Experience and knowledge of working in/with the Private Sector
•Ability to develop and manage client/stakeholder relationships at all levels in an organisation
•Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams, and fast-paced project environments
•Proven experience of assessing the people impacts of transformational change including process, technology, organisation structure and business culture
•Supporting transformation of the overall business, processes and functions including HR, finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing and IT
•Delivering change management in waterfall, agile and hybrid agile programmes
•Experience working on multiple Behavioural Change projects and / or working across two or more technologies e.g. Workday, Oracle, SAP (ECC, S/4HANA on-premise, private or public cloud, SAP Leonardo and SAP cloud applications (e.g. Ariba, IBP), Success Factors, Microsoft Suite, Robotics and AI, Internet of Things (IoT), Advanced Analytics as well as bespoke digital applications in a consulting organisation, or in an internal consultant role
