Summary

If you're a Mental Healthcare Assistant with a passion for helping others, this agency bank role based in Lancashire would be ideal for you.

In this flexible support worker role, you could earn from between £8.72 to £17.00 per hour. You would be supporting inpatients in a modern and advanced hospitals in Preston and blackpool mainly and be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing care and support to patients within a safe and clean environment.

There is work availible days and nights across the week and weekend.

You will have experience working in a hospital setting and have knowledge and experience working with people with various mental health challenges. As such, you'd have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, and can liaise with other professionals. You will need to be a passionate and committed care professional and provide a high level of support to those requiring urgent care.

You have nursing, care and support worker experience within a similar role for a minimum of 6 months working with patients displaying challenging behaviours.
