We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable and confident individual to join our friendly team in providing day to day administration and facilities support, for the services using the West Howe Community Clinic in Bournemouth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and proven IT skills.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to provide administrative and facilities support to services within the building and the wider Trust Estates department.

The post holder will also assume ultimate responsibility for the security (opening and closing of the clinic on a daily basis) and the smooth running of the clinic. This will include raising and managing any maintenance and facilities issues and being the designated fire marshal/fire warden for the building.

This is a full time Band 2 administrator post, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
